We want to keep things simple and upfront. The pricing here is our base pricing and is subject to change. We have included plenty of add on options. If you have something else in mind, please don't hesitate to ask!

BASE PRICING
*note this is our base price based on 120 guests, this does not include the price of drinks. For smaller events please contact us to work out pricing.
You will have to option to have an open bar, have your guests purchase drinks, or give each guest a certain number of tickets. The options are endless. The pricing here is to give you a rough idea. Drinks will range in price from $6- $14 (for top shelf products). If you’re interested please fill out our quote form so we can get you a more accurate quote for your event.

MOBILE BARTENDING WITH THE TRAILER- $1600
2 bartenders, up to 8 service hours

SNACK BAR -$125 SET UP FEE + $3-6 PER PORTION

WEDDING FAVOURS $100 + COST OF SNACKS
We can use any of our snacks to be wedding favours and have add a custom designed label to commemorate your special day. The pricing would the same as the snack bar plus an extra $100 for design and custom labels.
HOT COFFEE/TEA -$125 SET UP FEE + $10 PER CARAFFE
We will provide brewed coffee, cups, stir sticks, cream, premium syrups and sugar at a cost of $125 set up fee +$10 per caraffe paid by the host. The coffee will be set up on a table outside of the bar so guests can serve themselves. Guests can come to the bar to purchase add-ins such as Bailey’s or whiskey.
CHAMPAGNE PACKAGE- $5 PER GUEST
bartenders will make rounds to tables and pour toasting champagne prior to speeches.
WELCOME DRINK PACKAGE- $6 PER GUEST
as your guests enter we will welcome them with a signature cocktail of your choice or, there is the option of doing his and hers cocktails in the welcome
BARTENDING WITHOUT THE TRAILER - $50 PER HOUR/BARTENDER
$50 per hour per bartending with YOU providing the setup, all the mixes, ice, garnishes, liquor license etc.
